The hotel management system built when existing options were either too expensive for independent properties or too rigid to match how they actually operate.
The Problem
Boutique hotels juggling paper ledgers, disconnected OTA calendars, and manual audit trails. Every booking channel had its own interface. Nothing reconciled automatically.
The System
Multi-property reservation matrix with real-time availability. Automated folio generation with GST-compliant invoicing. Double-entry ledger that balances to the paisa. Android app for front-desk check-ins. Night audit. Profit & loss and balance sheet.
Architecture
Zero-framework PHP with strict typed domain models. MariaDB with relational integrity at the schema level. REST API serving both web and mobile. Every decision optimises for correctness — when a ledger is wrong, someone loses money.
