What is Hridyaa?
Hridyaa is hotel management software designed specifically for small and mid-sized Indian hotels. It unifies front-desk reservations, guest check-in, ID capture, room status, guest folios, cash book/day book, GST invoicing, and daily night audits into a single system accessible on web and Android.
Is Hridyaa a Property Management System (PMS)?
Yes. Hridyaa is a complete hotel PMS for managing daily front-office operations, room inventory, guest check-in/checkout, folios, cash collection, and double-entry financial accounts.
Is Hridyaa a channel manager?
No. Hridyaa is not a channel manager and does not automatically sync rates or inventory with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) like MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, or Agoda. Reservations from OTAs or direct sources are entered directly into Hridyaa at the front desk.
Does Hridyaa include a website booking engine?
No. Hridyaa is hotel management and front-desk operations software. If you need a direct, commission-free booking website for guests, check out our companion project WildHawk.
Is there an Android app?
Yes. The Hridyaa Android application is finished and currently in testing. It enables mobile guest check-in, guest ID photographing, housekeeping room status updates, and owner revenue digests. It is available directly for active Hridyaa customers while the Google Play listing is being finalized.
Is there an iPhone / iOS app?
No. There is currently no iOS app. Staff and hotel owners using iPhones or iPads can access the complete Hridyaa platform via their mobile web browser.
Does Hridyaa require local installation or dedicated servers?
No. Hridyaa is 100% cloud-hosted. It runs in any modern web browser on PC, Mac, tablet, or Chromebook with zero local installation or IT maintenance required.
What happens after the free month?
Your first month is completely free with all features unlocked and no payment card required. When the month concludes, your account simply pauses until you choose a subscription term (monthly or upfront). All your hotel data remains safely preserved.
How does pricing and billing work?
You can subscribe monthly at ₹499/month with no commitment, or pay upfront for 1 year (₹5,220 / effective ₹435/mo), 2 years (₹8,352 / effective ₹348/mo), or 3 years (₹10,008 / effective ₹278/mo). Effective rates are calculated from upfront term prices and are not monthly instalments. Renewal after the initial period is ₹499/month unless you choose a new upfront term.
Is GST charged on the Hridyaa software subscription?
No. Hridyaa is currently not registered under GST, so zero GST is charged on the subscription price. However, Hridyaa includes complete GST billing functionality for your hotel to generate compliant tax invoices for your guests.
