Business Email Services Terms

1. Business Email Scope

Ankit Rawat provides professional domain-based email solutions, dedicated mailbox allocations, secure webmail access interfaces, and email authentication architecture (including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC alignment).

2. DNS & Domain Requirements

Business email functionality requires correct MX (Mail Exchanger), TXT (SPF & DMARC), and CNAME/DKIM DNS records configured on the primary domain. Ankit Rawat provides clear record instructions in your Customer Portal. Failure to maintain correct DNS records or active domain registration may impair email delivery.

3. Mailbox Quotas & Storage Ceilings

Each business email subscription plan specifies a fixed number of provisioned mailboxes and an allocated storage capacity per mailbox (in MB). When a mailbox reaches its quota limit, incoming emails may bounce with a quota-exceeded notification until old messages are archived or storage capacity is increased.

4. Strict Anti-Spam & Bulk Mailing Prohibitions

Business email mailboxes are intended for legitimate day-to-day business correspondence. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sending unsolicited commercial email (spam) or bulk marketing blasts.
• Purchased or scraped email list distribution.
• Phishing, spoofing, sender-forgery, or distribution of malicious attachments.

Accounts generating high spam complaints or causing IP reputation degradation will be suspended immediately to protect network deliverability.

5. Service Cancellation & Support Details

You may cancel your email service at any time via the Customer Portal. Upon plan expiration, mailboxes will cease receiving new incoming email. Mailbox contents are retained for a 14-day grace buffer prior to permanent mailbox decommission.
