Domain Registration & Management Terms

1. Domain Service Scope

Ankit Rawat facilitates domain name availability searches, registration provisioning, DNS zone management, and renewal management for top-level domains (including .com, .in, .net, .org, .co, .io, .tech, .ai, and other supported TLDs).

Domain services are operated in coordination with accredited upstream ICANN registrar partners and registry operators (e.g. NIXI/Registry.in, Verisign, Identity Digital). Ankit Rawat provides a unified management layer and customer support interface.

2. Availability & Provisioning Timing

• Availability Checks: Real-time domain lookup queries reflect registry status at the moment of inquiry. Domain availability is not guaranteed until an order is settled and registry allocation is confirmed by the upstream registrar.
• Immediate Allocation: Upon verified order payment, our automated provisioning service submits the registration request. If a collision or registry lock prevents registration, the customer receives an immediate notification and option to select an alternative or receive a full refund.

3. WHOIS, Privacy & Accurate Registrant Data

In compliance with ICANN and registry policies, customers must provide accurate and verifiable Registrant, Administrative, and Technical contact information. Submitting fraudulent or intentionally invalid identity details may result in registry suspension.

Where supported by the selected TLD, WHOIS Privacy Protection can be enabled to shield personal contact details from public WHOIS lookups.

4. Renewals, Expiration & Redemption

Domain names are registered for terms ranging from 1 to 10 years. Renewal invoices are issued prior to domain expiration.

• Grace Period: Most TLD registries allow a brief post-expiration renewal grace period (typically 0–30 days depending on registry rules).
• Redemption Period: Domains entering the registry Redemption Grace Period (RGP) incur additional upstream registry redemption recovery fees if restored.
• Deletion & Release: Domains not renewed or redeemed are permanently released by the registry for public re-registration. Ankit Rawat is not liable for domain loss resulting from unrenewed or delinquent registrations.

5. Domain Transfers & Authorization Codes

Customers are the rightful owners of registered domains. You may transfer domains to any other accredited registrar at any time, subject to standard ICANN rules (e.g. 60-day post-registration transfer lock). EPP Auth-Codes and transfer lock toggles can be requested directly via our support desk or customer portal.

6. Non-Refundability of Registered Domains

Because registry registration fees are non-recoverable once paid to ICANN and registry operators, domain registrations, transfers, and completed renewals are strictly non-refundable once allocated by the registry.
