1. Purpose & Applicability
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines prohibited activities and usage standards across all software applications, cloud hosting infrastructure, business email services, domain management tools, and APIs operated by Ankit Rawat.
Compliance with this AUP is mandatory for all customers, registered account holders, and end users.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our services, servers, networks, or software to engage in or facilitate any of the following:
Strictly Prohibited Uses:
- Illegal & Fraudulent Activity: Violating any local, state, national, or international law, ordinance, or regulation. Conducting financial scams, wire fraud, or identity theft.
- Malware & Cyber Attacks: Hosting, transmitting, or distributing trojans, viruses, worms, keyloggers, ransomware, or spyware. Conducting Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or port-scanning without written authorization.
- Phishing & Deception: Creating deceptive websites, landing pages, or communications designed to impersonate financial institutions, corporations, or third parties to harvest credentials or personal information.
- Spam & Unsolicited Messaging: Transmitting unsolicited bulk commercial email, mass unsolicited forum messages, or running open mail relays.
- Unauthorized Cryptomining: Running unauthorized cryptocurrency miners or background compute workloads designed to hijack server resources.
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Hosting, distributing, or linking to pirated software, cracked license keys, copyrighted media, or counterfeit goods.
- Security Interference: Circumventing authentication, probing system vulnerabilities without permission, tampering with server security controls, or attempting unauthorized access to other customer accounts.
3. Enforcement & Incident Response
We actively monitor network integrity and investigate legitimate abuse notifications. If an account is found to be in violation of this AUP, we reserve the right to take proportionate remediation measures, including:
- Issuing formal written warning notices requiring immediate correction.
- Temporary suspension of specific service instances, compute nodes, or mailboxes.
- Immediate account termination without refund in cases of severe malicious activity or illegal conduct.
- Reporting criminal activities and cyber attacks to relevant law enforcement agencies in Delhi, India.
4. Reporting Abuse & Contact Desk
If you detect abuse, phishing, malware, or spam originating from our IP space, domain names, or hosted servers, please submit an immediate report via our Contact & Abuse Desk. We investigate all verified reports promptly.
