Web Hosting & Infrastructure Terms

1. Hosting Service Scope

Ankit Rawat provides managed web hosting accounts, compute server allocations, SSL certificate automation, and storage infrastructure for websites, web applications, and database workloads.

2. Resource Allocation & Quotas

Each hosting package defines specific technical resource quotas including NVMe/SSD storage limits (in MB), monthly bandwidth allocations (in MB), concurrent processes, and memory ceilings as specified in the product plan details.

Accounts exceeding assigned storage or bandwidth quotas will receive automated warning advisories in their Customer Portal and will be offered convenient upgrade paths to prevent service throttling or disruption.

3. Server Maintenance & Upgrades

To preserve server security, stability, and high performance, we periodically apply security patches, kernel updates, and software stack upgrades. Where scheduled maintenance necessitates brief downtime, we endeavor to perform updates during low-traffic maintenance windows and notify affected customers in advance via email.

4. Backup & Data Responsibility

While we maintain automated server snapshot backups for disaster recovery purposes, customers are advised and responsible for maintaining regular, independent offsite backups of their website files, media uploads, and database tables.

5. Security & Abuse Prevention

Hosting accounts must not be used for malicious purposes, cryptomining, DDoS amplification, distributed scanning, bulk unsolicited mailing, or hosting malware as outlined in our Acceptable Use Policy. Accounts found hosting active malware or phishing content will be suspended immediately to safeguard server network integrity.

6. Cancellation & Support Contact

Hosting accounts can be cancelled anytime through the Customer Portal. Upon cancellation or termination, hosting containers and stored files are retained for a 14-day recovery buffer before permanent server purging.
