1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, subscribing to a service, creating an account, or engaging in commercial software development through ankitrawat.com, you ("Customer", "Client", or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all incorporated policies.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ankit Rawat ("we", "us", or "the business"). If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Pricing, Invoicing & Taxes

• Server-Authoritative Pricing: All catalog prices and subscription rates are server-authoritative. Published amounts are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and calculated internally using strict integer-paise accounting.
• Tax Invoices & Taxes: Completed transactions generate sequential tax invoices accessible in your Customer Portal. Applicable taxes are itemized on invoices.
• Payment Gateway Settlement: Payments are processed through authorized payment gateway channels (including Razorpay, UPI, Net Banking, and major cards). Orders are fulfilled upon verified gateway signature confirmation.

4. Intellectual Property & Licensing

Unless explicitly transferred under a written bespoke software assignment agreement, Ankit Rawat retains all proprietary rights, trademarks, patents, algorithms, and source code frameworks associated with our platforms, products, and plugins.

Customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to use subscribed software or purchased licenses for the duration of the paid term. Reverse engineering, unauthorized redistribution, or reselling of software licenses is strictly prohibited.

5. Cancellations, Suspensions & Refunds

All cancellation requests, subscription termination schedules, and refund claims are governed strictly by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately without liability in cases of severe breach of our Acceptable Use Policy, fraudulent payments, security abuse, or non-payment following notice.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

Except as expressly provided in a written agreement, all products, plugins, digital services, and infrastructure are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Ankit Rawat shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption. In all cases, aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by the Customer in the preceding three (3) months for the affected service.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India for any legal proceedings arising out of this agreement.
