1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of the RideManager Android application (“Application”), developed and operated by Ankit Rawat, an individual software developer (“Developer”, “we”, “us”).

By installing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

2. What RideManager Is

RideManager is a business management tool for operators of two-wheeler rental businesses (scooters, motorcycles). It is designed to help operators manage bookings, customer records, vehicle handovers and returns, and rental payment records.

RideManager is not a consumer-facing marketplace. The Application is intended for use by rental business operators and their staff, not by the end customers of those businesses.

RideManager requires an active internet connection to operate. All data is stored on a server operated by the Developer. There is no offline mode in the current version.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use RideManager. By using the Application, you represent that you are an adult operating or managing a lawful rental business.

4. Permitted Use

You may use RideManager to:

  • Manage rental bookings, customer records, and vehicle handover and return workflows for your own business
  • Upload and store customer identity document images against customer records
  • Manage your vehicle fleet registry and rental pricing
  • Record payments against rental bookings

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian law
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
  • Resell, sublicense, or distribute access to the Application
  • Use the Application to store false, misleading, or fraudulent records
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any server or system operated by the Developer

6. Your Data and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the data you enter into RideManager, including customer records, booking details, and payment records.

You are also responsible for ensuring that you have obtained any necessary consent from your customers before recording their personal information (including identity documents) in the Application.

The Developer does not review or verify the data you enter. The Application is a tool; the accuracy and legality of your records are your responsibility.

Refer to the Privacy Policy for details on how data is stored, synced, and retained.

7. Development Status and Availability

RideManager is currently in active development. The Application may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable without prior notice. Features described on the product page represent the current development direction and may change.

The Developer makes no commitment to maintain the Application indefinitely or to provide any specific feature by any specific date.

8. No Warranty

The Application is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Developer does not warrant that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of data loss. You use the Application at your own risk.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical business records.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Application, including loss of business data or business records.

10. Intellectual Property

The RideManager application, including its design, code, and user interface, is the intellectual property of Ankit Rawat. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Application.

Data you enter into the Application (your business records, customer data, etc.) remains your data.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by following the process described on the Account Deletion page. The Developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms
