Account Deletion

Request deletion of your RideManager account and associated server data

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your RideManager account and all associated server-side data at any time by sending an email to mail@ankitrawat.com. Deletion is processed manually by the developer within 30 days.

  1. Send an email to mail@ankitrawat.com with the subject line: RideManager Account Deletion Request
  2. Include in the email body: the email address registered to your RideManager account, so the correct account can be identified and deleted.
  3. You will receive a confirmation reply once your deletion request has been received and processed. Requests are completed within 30 days.
  4. To remove the session token stored on your device, open Android settings: Settings → Apps → RideManager → Storage → Clear Data, or uninstall the app. Your session token is also automatically invalidated on the server when your account is deleted.

What Gets Deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently deleted from the server:

  • Your account record (email address, full name, business name, mobile number, and password hash)
  • All login session tokens for your account
  • All customer records entered in the app (contact details, identity document type, document number, driving licence details)
  • All customer document images uploaded to the server
  • All vehicle records
  • All booking records and associated daily pricing records
  • All payment records linked to your bookings
  • System records linked to your account (idempotency keys and password reset tokens)

Audit Logs

The application maintains audit event logs that record actions such as “booking created” or “customer updated” alongside a timestamp and your account identifier. These logs are used for security and data integrity purposes. Audit logs linked to your account will be deleted when your account is deleted; a limited number of log entries may be retained for a short additional period for security audit purposes. These logs contain only action types and record identifiers — not the content of your business records.

On-Device Data

The RideManager app stores only your login session token on your device, using Android’s secure credential storage. There is no local database on your device — all business records (bookings, customers, vehicles, payments, document images) are stored only on the server.

Your session token is automatically invalidated on the server when your account is deleted. To remove it from your device, clear the app’s data from Android settings or uninstall the app (see Step 4 above). This step is optional once server-side deletion has been completed.

Note: If you are having trouble with the app rather than wanting permanent account deletion, you can also reach us at mail@ankitrawat.com or via the contact form on this site.
